Do I need any experience to start training?
No experience is needed. We train absolute beginners and seasoned fighters alike—everyone starts at their own pace.
Where is Iron Fist MMA located in Kimberley?

What should I bring for my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes, a towel, and water. If you’re doing BJJ or MMA, bring a mouthguard if you have one—everything else can be arranged.
How do I join the academy?
Simply contact us through the website or WhatsApp to book a trial class. From there, we’ll guide you through membership options.
Is training suitable for fitness or just competition?
Both. We have members training purely for fitness and others preparing for competition. The same technical standard applies to everyone.
Do you have kids or women’s classes?
Yes, we offer youth programs and women-friendly sessions focused on self-defense, fitness, and confidence.
How often should I train per week?
Beginners usually start with 2–3 sessions a week to build a base, then increase as their conditioning improves.
What’s the cost of training?
